These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wayin Korea mobile application and related services (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to agree to these Terms under applicable law. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of the Service

Wayin Korea helps users convert/open map links (including Google Maps links) in supported Korean map apps and may display travel-related recommendations and affiliate offers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
• Interfere with app operation, security, or other users.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt unauthorized access except where legally permitted.

4. Affiliate and Third-Party Content

The Service may include affiliate links, banners, and third-party content.

If you click third-party links or make purchases, your relationship is with that third party, and their terms/policies apply. We may earn a commission from qualifying actions.

5. No Navigation or Emergency Guarantee

The Service is a convenience utility and does not guarantee route accuracy, place accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

Do not rely on the Service for emergency or safety-critical navigation decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service (excluding third-party trademarks/content) are owned by us or our licensors.
